I’m the Lead UX Designer at Suzy, transforming complex systems into seamless, accessible consumer insights tools that drive real impact.
Currently exploring the intersection of AI and SaaS, I’m excited about new ways tech can empower users as we navigate this exciting paradigm shift.

2019-present
I’ve spent over five years at Suzy, starting with their consumer-facing app before shifting my focus entirely to the B2B SaaS research platform. Here, I’ve led high-impact user research and end-to-end feature design for an enterprise market research platform, driving over 300% growth in ARR. I championed WCAG 2.0 accessibility compliance, helping secure $1MM+ contracts, and improved team efficiency through mentoring junior designers in rapid prototyping and usability testing.
2018 - 2019
As one of the last General Assembly Opportunity Fellows, I immersed myself in UX Design and found a passion for user research and usability testing that complemented my curiosity about tech and behavior. My client project proposed cognitive health feature integrations for the Equinox app—an early dive into blending tech with wellness.
2016-2018
A period of deep exploration and learning. I dabbled in graphic and product design, UX consulting, video editing, and more—boosting engagement and visibility for 12+ clients across industries with UX/UI design, content strategy, and creative media. From corporate branding to environmental nonprofits, I made meaningful impact and, ultimately, decided to pursue UX as my primary career focus.
2013 - 2016
I got my start at Smigin, a language startup that created an offline-friendly app for travelers. As a founding member, I watched the app’s user base grow from 2,000 to over 85,000 across 175 countries, even snagging #1 in Education in 13 countries on iOS. Originally joining as a translator, I soon became Smigin’s sole Product Designer after college, handling the iterative design from MVP onward. Working directly with the founder and learning from mentors at R/GA, I got hands-on with UI and UX design until the company’s close in 2016.
